As per the UK education system, the months of September or October marks the beginning of a new academic year and ends in June or June, of the month that follows. Colleges and schools offering further studies admit students in September or January, as per the courses being chosen. Whereas, universities and colleges open to higher education usually admit students only in September. However, in any case, these institutions invite duly filled in course applications three or four months in advance to the opening date of the course.
