A student authorization letter & the successful completion of the processes of Canadian Immigration Act and Regulations will get you a student visa to Canada, without much difficulty. Normally this process takes at least two months.
 
How it works

The completed application kit must be submitted to the immigration section of the Canadian High Commission. The documents submitted along with application should be either original or notarized and witnessed by a notary public / a magistrate / the Canadian Immigration Officer, and accompanied by a duplicate copy.

The document kit should include

  • A Completed Student Application form.
  • A Completed Supplementary Questionnaire for students and postdoctoral researchers.
  • An Official letter of acceptance from the Canadian university that you have applied
  • A Certificate of Acceptance from the province of Quebec (This needs to be obtained only if you plan to study in province of Quebec)
  • TOEFL/IELTS scores if applicable
  • A valid Passport
  • Bank Draft for the visa processing fees


The applicant must also have solid proofs to demonstrate the sufficient financial resources available for them.

The next phase of procedure is

  • An Interview with the Canadian Visa Officer
  • A Medical Examination, as per the requirements of the Canadian High Commission.
